We are seeking applicants with extensive experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) to serve as our first Director of Growth. This Director will be responsible for developing and executing business operations in support of Level Up’s growth strategies, and for playing a leading role in the identification and selection of new employees to join our team. The Director should have significant experience identifying and placing technical and operational talent exclusively for the intelligence community, a strong understanding and experience in commercial business development, and a deep understanding of Intelligence Community priorities and contract/capability requirements. You will report directly to the President of Level Up and play a significant role in the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and obtain company growth across business development and staffing mission areas, that align with the President, Level Up’s near and long-term strategies
· Expand on and create new intelligence community and industry relationships, build opportunity teams, coordinate the review and signature of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) and coordinate the completion of capability matrices (Prime and Sub) for Level Up opportunities.
· Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and operational positions within the intelligence community, ensuring timely and high-quality placements.
· Work with recruitment and HR team to source, screen, and interview candidates for positions requiring high-level security clearances (TS/SCI with FSP clearances).
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and providing recruiting expertise to fulfill those requirements.
· Work closely with President, Level Up and Avian Holdings BD team to create winning strategic engagement, capture, and proposal strategies to shape opportunities and increase probability of win (Pwin).
· Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure seamless placement processes.
· Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage the recruiting process effectively and maintain accurate records.
· Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
· Provide insight and guidance to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.
· Achieve recruiting goals and earn commissions based on successful placements.
