As a Power Sources Engineer/Scientist, you will apply your expertise to solve complex technical challenges and deliver solutions in support of a mission to collection of foreign intelligence.

Power Sources Engineers and Scientists span a wide range of technical areas and work collaboratively to provide world-class solutions.  Job duties range from managing Research and Development portfolios to designing exquisite power solutions.

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
  • Chemical engineering
  • Chemistry
  • Electrical engineering
  • Materials science
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Nuclear engineering
  • Physical sciences
  • Physics
• At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale

Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies

• Demonstrated proficiency in:
  • Ability to rapidly learn new skills in pace with technological advances
  • Power systems, battery and power technology, and energy storage technologies
  • Ability to adapt to fast paced, dynamic requirement environments
  • Interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong team and independent work ethic
  • Systems engineering experience
• Advanced degree, professional certification, or comparable experience in one or more of the following disciplines is strongly desired:
  • Chemical engineering

  • Physical sciences
  • Physics
• Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following functional disciplines:
  • Systems engineering
  • Prototype design and fabrication

Clearance Required

• Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope polygraph.
• This position has an on-site requirement and is not eligible for fully remote candidates.
